On-board DRAM. Add one entry per bank — for example, soldered DDR4 + a SODIMM slot is two entries.
On-board non-volatile flash. Add one entry per chip — e.g. QSPI configuration flash, eMMC for Linux rootfs. Excludes removable SD/microSD card slots.
USB ports connected to the FPGA fabric or hard IP. Do not list USB-UART/JTAG bridge ports here — add them in the USB UART/JTAG section below.
USB-to-UART/JTAG bridge ports for programming and serial console (e.g. FT2232, CP2102, USB-Blaster). Not connected to the FPGA fabric.
Storage sockets and ports — places where the user supplies the medium. Soldered flash chips belong in the Flash section above.
